Returns and Refunds
Important Information
You have 30 days to initiate a return.
Up to 10 days to process a refund. No restocking fees. To obtain the return address, please contact our customer service team.If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to initiate a return (from the date you receive the package). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the tags attached. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returning Merchandise
As a first step, please contact us at support@wellnestcare.shop. Please provide your order number and whether you would like an exchange or refund. We will then send you a return form; be sure to fill it out correctly. Then, send the package back to us. Please note that the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Defective or Damaged Products
You may receive a damaged package or perhaps the wrong size/color. In that case, please take photos of the package and its contents and contact support@wellnestcare.shop. We treat these cases with the highest priority and will find a suitable solution for you.
Return Processing
When we properly receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you by email if we accept it (i.e., if it meets the required conditions). If we do, please give us 10 days to process everything and return the funds to you.
If the refund is delayed, please give us another 3 days before contacting us at support@wellnestcare.shop.
Order Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, please do so as soon as possible after placing it. Only then can we guarantee that we have not shipped the product and can cancel the order.
